Thillery Group Foundation (TGF) is a community-centered nonprofit organization committed to helping individuals and families overcome barriers that can prevent them from achieving stability, independence, and long-term success.
Our work is rooted in the belief that people thrive when they have access to opportunity, practical resources, meaningful relationships, and supportive environments. We provide programs and services that address employment, workforce readiness, housing stability, mentorship, life skills, family enrichment, and community engagement.
TGF serves youth, adults, seniors, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, justice-impacted individuals, people experiencing or transitioning from homelessness, and individuals and families from historically underserved communities.
Rather than focusing solely on a person's immediate need, we seek to understand the whole person and connect individuals with services and opportunities that can contribute to long-term stability and self-sufficiency.

Cynthia Conedy founded Thillery Group Foundation our of a deep commitment to community service, workforce development, mentorship, and helping individuals overcome barriers to opportunity.
Cynthia Conedy Founder & Chief Executive Officer
With a strong background in Human Resources and a broad range of experience across Los Angeles County, Cynthia has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and families through education, employment, and supportive services. Her work in workforce development has provided her with a Depp understanding of the barriers people face and the resources needed to create real and lasting change.
Cynthia also brings experience in psychology peer support, which informs her compassionate, person-centered approach. Her combined professional and lived experience strengthens TGF’s commitment to meeting people where they are and creating pathways to greater stability, independence, and opportunity.
Experience That Supports Independence.
Our work is grounded in practical experience and a deep understanding of the challenges individuals and families face. We provide life-skills development, enrichment opportunities, workforce readiness, and resource navigation, informed by years of direct service and community engagement. Our experience also includes work with the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA), supporting affordable housing initiatives and helping individuals and families access and maintain stable housing.
