Housing Stability & Resource Navigation

Stable housing is an important foundation for employment, education, health, and overall well-being.

TGF helps individuals and families identify housing resources and navigate services that may support housing stability. Assistance may include resource navigation, housing searches, referrals to supportive programs, connections to community resources, and assistance identifying services that address barriers affecting housing stability.

Our goal is not simply to provide a referral, but to help individuals understand and navigate the systems and resources available to them.

Youth & Young Adult Development

TGF provides developmentally appropriate programming that helps young people prepare for adulthood, employment, leadership, and greater independence.

Programs may include workforce readiness, life skills, career exploration, financial literacy, communication, leadership development, digital literacy, mentorship, community engagement, and personal development.

Specialized programming can also be developed for transitional-age youth, youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities, justice-impacted youth, foster and system-involved youth, and young adults experiencing barriers to education or employment.

Mentorship

Mentorship is an important part of our approach to individual and community development.

TGF provides mentorship experiences designed to encourage participants, build confidence, strengthen decision-making, promote accountability, develop leadership skills, and expose youth and young adults to positive relationships and new possibilities.

Our mentorship programming includes Pathway to Greatness (PG), an initiative designed to uplift, encourage, educate, mentor, and support young men as they navigate the transition into adulthood.
